Terms of service
- Venmo or Cash app only.
- Full payment upfront.
- Any additional character +50% of the price
-I do not draw fetish art, mecha, or any hateful content.
- Work is done within 1-3 weeks, I'll contact you if I need more time.
-Any sketch I send you is not yours to use for other purposes, if you reject the first sketch I have the right to use it for another work, commission, etc. You do not have the right to keep it as additonal art.
- Any design you reject is not yours to use, sell, or claim as yours. If you reject the initial design I have the right to resell it or use it.
- No refunds if the sketch has been approved and I already begun working on the next step.
- 50% refunds if only the sketch has been done and you wish to cancel.
- 100% refunds if you wish to cancel the commission and if I haven't started working on it yet.
- If I cannot finish your commission for any reason, I refund/partially refund you.
- You can use it for personal purposes (icon, banner etc... CREDIT ME please) but NOT for commercial purposes yet. If you want to use my art for commercial purposes you MUST tell me so I can work out an additional fee.
- You have no rights to use my art and your commission for crypto and NFTs.
- You can print your commission for personal use.
- Never claim the art as your own.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission without giving a reason.
-If you do not respect the ToS, if you are being rude with me and/or being disrespectful, I have the right to cancel the commission and partially refund you.
